Is Kokomo's Justice System Corrupt? Lets See!

It started back in 2003 when my exwife and I decided to call it quits. We came to an agreement with our two boy's to have equal responsibility for their care and up until Dec of o7 it all changed.
I thought I would catch some flak do to my exwife being Officers Gary Mckay's daughter. Yes I did say his daughter! I never had problems with Mckay until now and the rest of Howard county court system. She dicided to take me to court in Dec 07 for custody modification on my youngest son after she gave up her home and lives with her family. I have had my boy's in their kokomo home now for eight years now all for that to change in less than 20 mins.
One of my very good friends called me up in Dec 07 and said I thought you and your ex had settled in court along time ago. I ask him what are you talking about his response was I seen in the kokomo perspective you have a court date. This court date was set for not even two weeks from him telling me it was in the paper. I called the howard county clerks office and ask why was I not notified and their reply was we sent your papers to a P.O. Box I said really because I've never had a P.O. Box in kokomo or anywhere. So not having anytime to get legal help I showed up at the court hearing as she was there with Michael Bolinger and judge Menges ready to take me on. I said before we even got started that my papers was sent to a P.O. Box to Menges Only for him to tell me the court sometime makes those mistakes. I said I wanted a new date set and he replyed I thought you would say that (well who wouldn't I thought?) I told him I never had a P.o Box and I wanted a fair case it was not my mailing error. He told Bolinger after I asked for another date you have your 5 mins to start your case. I said I'm not getting on that stand without an attorney in my defence. He gave Bolinger his time and took my primary custody and gave it to Mckay. He then said I can higher a lawyer after Menges and Bolinger smiled at each other. Are you seeing the connection yet? It gets better!
I hired attorney Mark Koontz to represent my case and Mark sat down with me and I gathered all my witness he asked me to get and proof of my stability for the boy's and He sounded very positive and on my side. The more time I spent with Mark the more negitive he became telling me that McKay has strong relationship with the court and will be tough to beat. He struck out judges and so did Bolinger to make it look good and then we some how ended up with judge Lynn Murry. I was told by everyone I talk to in this case I have not a winning chance in front of her.
I thought how can they pick a Judge that we all know in this town doe's not care for men and has know children. It gets better! Ok so we get to court and the ex gets on the stand swares her oath and continues to tell one lie after another but I thought well I've got my witnesses here.
Mark all the sudden changed his mind and didn't call all my witnesses nor did he do anything we talked about. They even wanted to ask my boy's questions and I said ask them they are 7 and 8 years old they won't lie be my guest they love their dad ask them I said. Well Mark said thats great but it never happened. I even asked that her step father that lives with her to be questioned about me on the stand and that never happened either.
Judge Murry looked at me and said how much money you make Mr. Bird so I told her and she made her Judgement just that fast. I said to Her how is it the boy's mother has only worked seven months and I have worked twenty years own my home and have a secure home for these boy's for that to be taken from me in 20 min of her time. I said do you need me to dig up my million's of receipt's on the boy's in the last eight years I can will she only having a job for 7 month. Judge Murry looked at me and said you don't get credit on your kids for the last eight years I said really is that so. She gave McKay custody, child support, charged me back support even from when the boy's was with me, and then said I had to cover their insurance plus pay 69% of all hospital bills. Now can you see a connection? Wait It's not over yet!
McKay called me after the case and started going off and telling me on this power trip Murry gave her that my visitation was going to change and she will decide when I see the boy's. I told her she can't do that when I'm paying support on them she told me I will get a restraining order on you, I said go ahead I would love not to have to be around you if at all possible so she went and got one like she said. I showed up at court on the 25 of April and they set the time back almost an hour guess who never showed up? This time it was Judge Hopkins and he said your here today and Mckay is not I said thats correct He said case close petitioner did not appear so I thought thats alittle crazy. Can you guess what happened next? I get another set of papers in the mail two days later stating we have reinstated this case under Judge Lynn Murry for May 28th.
Now I have never delt with our court system like this before. You really need to keep a close eye on who you cross in this town you could be in my shoe's! I just hope the FBI finds something in there search for justice with these people.
